At Velites, we stand by the quality of our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
